Quality Perception Analysis of Health Worker by Type of Health Insurance Participation in Public Health Center District Kampak Trenggalek
Abstract
Quality care can be interpreted as an effort to fulfill the needs and desires of consumers and accuracy of delivery to keep pace with consumer expectations and can be determined by comparing the perceptions of consumers for services that obviously they received / acquired with the services they really expect / want the attributes of service a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of service quality based on the type of membership health insurance in Kampak Community Health Centers district Trenggalek. The research design used in this research is analytic survey with the approach used is cross sectional. The population in this study was all patients who come to services at the health center Trenggalek ax with a sample of 72 respondents and obtained by using simple random sampling technique. Based on the analysis of data using ordinal regression statistical test obtained p-value of 0.004 <a 0.1, then Ho is rejected H1 accepted, meaning that there is influence the perception of service quality based on the type of membership health insurance in Kampak Community Health Centers district Trenggalek.. Found significant value in Negelkerke of 0.028 which means that the type of membership health insurance affect the quality of service of health workers by 2.8%. Management of human resources management is good and aims to improve the quality of healthcare, determines the level of patient satisfaction. Health services can satisfy every health service users in accordance with an average satisfaction level of the population, and which operate in accordance with the standards and code of professional conduct that has been set.
