Acceptance of Additional Foods Moringa Leaf MODISCO Modification

Malnutrition is a serious problem that needs treatment. The problem of malnutrition can be addressed by providing balanced nutrition. Moringa leaves have the ultimate potential of nutrients, including antibiotics and boost the immune system, Moringa leaves contain protein, vitamins and minerals that are very high, addition of Moringa leaves in the daily diet of children were able to recover quickly because it contains 40 nutrients that are very important.  The purpose of this study was to determine the acceptability (Level A) food supplement Moringa leaves modisco modification in young children, and also to calculate the nutritional value, and calculate the economic value. This study is a quasi-experimental research with the same experimental design subjects. Treatment studies are 3 types of modification modisco pudding Moringa leaves and 1 modisco control judged by 30 panelists and panelists apparent. Test Results Friedman K-releated to the characteristic flavors (sig = 0,000 <α 0.005), color (sig = 0,000 <α 0.005), aroma (sig = 0,000 <α 0.005) and texture (sig = 0,000 <α 0.005) showed a difference meaningful. The results showed that additional modified food modisco Moringa leaves and control acceptable (preferred), especially the type of pudding toddler modisco Moringa leaves 5 gr. The nutritional value of food additives contained in the modification modisco 5 grams Moringa leaves are also high and costs are cheap. It is therefore recommended to use additional modified food modisco Moringa leaves to overcome difficulties supplementary feeding modisco modifications.
